rear backing plate
Recently Wagner parts are hard to find , the past 6 months as I started purchasing item for both trucks , the Wagner parts I saw were made in Canada , and not for my application yeah they didn’t farm out to China , just Canada , so being said not for my application and no parts for my year truck 85 and 92 .Wagner quality has suffered since the 70s !And every one makes headlights in. The USA
No Sir , for myself if available made in the USA is the way to go ,all parts manufactures farm there business out for profit .Certain specs must be met when made here or else where .ISO Stuff .Many companies have went south / bankrupt making cheap parts .I don’t care if it’s China ,Canada, Mexico, India it’s the same , American made is American made and usually cost more .! In todays market if it’s cheap crap ,it don’t last long .Most people do not look at tags , just price .Last year I called Napa about front axle bearing and asked where it was made , girl said China ,called Jbgraveyard they has timken bearings ,Made in the USA .So in that choice ,Jbg got my business .Friend of mine recently purchased a John Deere tractor to find out it was made in India ,as both mine was made in Augusta Georgia .I have two Harley’s and many accessory parts ,purchased thru Harley and other aftermarket’s parts are made mostly over seas.Oh well in purchasing I still research to find made in USA. JUST GETTING HARDER TO FIND .BIg Company CEOES / Board of Directors make big $$$$$ when they manage farming out parts overseas cutting costs .Keep 250 employees working in in a plant in Texas and many 1000s over seas are doing most part making! This has been An American thing for many years .TR
