My selling dealer is getting 8k to 12k over msrp. When a sd shows up . Has 3 Broncos they c snt sell yet and already marked up 20k over msrp.
super duties he has new are refusals .

Of course, labor is at an all time high, while we reject immigrant labor which solves the problem. .Lifting minimum wage lifts ALL wages..
We can't have it both ways. We employ 50 currently and are always looking for more. Give me immigrants, they show up and just want to work.
The stock market correcting? Not going to happen because whenever there is a sell off, there is always a buy back. While banks pay almost zero interest, there is nowhere else to invest where your money will grow.
Wages up, prices up? If you are in business are not making more money than ever before, then look at your gross profit and see where net profit is being bled.
Greed? No.
When a business is not able to maintain volume sales, then individual profit must be higher to keep the lights on. Its not greed, its survival.
No one is holding a gun to anyone's head to sign on the dotted line.
I don't see things changing. Don't expect the auto industry to go back to normal anytime soon, if at all.

Would you not agree that the stock market has made big corrections in the past, also, you would admit that the Fed will increase interest rates, and that supply will eventually catch up, correct? So why is it not realistic to believe there will be a correction, there will be a change in the housing and automobile market?
No one here is saying it will happen tomorrow, but it will happen. Used vehicles being priced as new, real-estate valuations going up 10,15,20 percent year over year...it can't realistically continue, and I do think it will retract. A full blown recession, I don't know, but what we are seeing today can't last long term.

Pretty sure Ford nixed dealer markups on the Broncos. I read the letter.
It will take at least a year to 2 years for the auto industry to get back to normal with just the semi-conductor shortage. Vehicles are in high demand. The used market is crazzzzzzy. And auto manufactures have virtually zero incentives to offer it’s consumers. We’re paying full retail with nothing off - and most of us are fine with it. But our trade in’s, is making it all the worth wile.
I’m sure right now I could sell my new truck 3 days old for 5-10 grand over MSRP. And it would be gone by this weekend. I seriously may do this….. I might order a new truck next fall and trade this one in again? I’m seriously considering it with what dealers are offering. Why not, consumers have been getting hammered on trades for years. Why not work it right back at them during a car shortage? It creates inventory for the dealer. And you might just lower your payment with the residual value.

I understand the resentment towards Californian's for bringing the prices up in some places, at least that's what I hear, but aside from that I don't get it. The Californian's that I know who want to flee the state are doing so for the same reasons you all don't like the state.[/QUOTE]
Disagree! Not what's being observed around these parts.

Disagree with what? Do you know the Californian's that I know who want to leave the state? The chances that you know who I know are pretty slim lol.
