i think the fuel injectors are sticking open/closed intermittently, I’ve cleaned them all and I’ve replaced everything from the intake manifold gaskets up except the injectors. A whole lot of white smoke sit it is cold outside and the smoke dissipates almost immediately. I can smell the raw fuel in the exhaust. I just don’t won’t to fork over any more money. I’m at my wits end. I know what I need to do and would if I had unlimited expendable funds.
NOT A TYPO, 2 owner van. I’m the third my uncle was the second and was not up to par with the maintenance to say the least. The motor has never been opened at least for the entire time the po had it. So since 198000mi
You have 4 threads on this van if I'm reading things correctly. You should stick with one thread so folks can see how the problem or fix progresses.....

You need to do a bunch of additional testing and report back before you will get any real answers

Update. The van is running solid! It’s about to roll over 500k and showing no signs of giving up anytime soon, the cats are ruined but oh well. Looking back on the whole thing I would have gotten everything from the crap yard instead of the parts store. Especially the coil packs and evap components. Thanks for all the help
