2002 F350 axle locking ring
So doing parking brake. Have to remove axle to do it properly. Read on forum that torque value is 60 pounds for looking ring then depending if bearings new or used to back it off 5 or 7 clicks. Ok so what does that mean. How do you back it off. Torque tench going backwards doesn’t click. Do they mean back it off the distance the 5 or 7 clicks would equal. So click backwards check to see where that is then flip wrench in reverse and back nut off that far. If that’s not it then I’m at a loss.
