Need help! Error code B0090:93 - Airbag light

Need help! Error code B0090:93 - Airbag light
Hey guys just picked up a 2011 f250 6.7L and it's getting rejected for MA inspection because of an airbag light.
Forscan tells me Error code:
B0090 : 93 Left Frontal Restraint Sensor: No Operation
I was thinking it was the seat belt connector but the seat belt light goes out when the belt is plugged in and it only has 2 wires going to it so seems unlikely that if one operation works the other would not. Any help with this? Here is MA they will just keep pulling me over without inspection and eventually revoke your registration

Hey, I'm running into the same issue. I have checked the front left severity sensor. Swapped it out with the left (which I know works) still didn't turn the light off... I have checked connectors under the seat with no luck. Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I also have a B00D5-13 code.

Do you have any idea what the DTC "B00D5:13" even means for your vehicle (which was not explicitly stated)?
