35" Tires For a 1996 F150?

I recently installed a 4" Rancho lift on my 1996 F150 as well as a set of 33" BFG's.
The 33's were the tallest Rancho recommended. Unfortunately the tires look
somewhat small. I was wondering if anyone has installed 35's on a similar set-up and
what if any modification were required and if you encountered any problems with a
tire of this height.
