Meaisr brake rotor temperatures at all four wheels while driving & braking in a straight line. The left side/right side temp difference should be within a few degrees of each other. Could have a bad hydraulic hose causing the caliper to not fully retract.
I had an F-150 that was pulling hard right while braking. I had a shop inspect the brakes and suspension, it was all perfect. Then the mechanic told me my truck had "radial pull". His explanation didn't make sense to me, but the cure was to rotate the tires. Since the issue showed up after a tire rotation, it sort of made sense to me. He rotated the tires front to opposite rear and the pull vanished.
Rotors okay, equal wear each side? Does our truck track straight ahead when just coasting. No pull to left when not braking. You've eliminated the obvious.
