Brakes pull to the left on a 1999 F-250 4x4 diesel.
I've changed front pads, rotors, calipers and brake line hoses.
I've changed rear shoes and turned the drums.
It still pulls to the left.
What else is there to do ?
The proportioning valve only controls from front to back.
I put everything from the left side to the right side and it still pulls left.
A hard left, like it wants to turn, you'd better be ready when hitting the brakes.
The ball joints etc are all OK.
It is a mystery to me..
I'm glad it's dry because it's dangerious to drive if it's wet.
Where and what kind of pads did you put on there? because there is a TSB on this. If they were Ford pads you need to chk that the date codes on the pads are of the same manufacture date. Ford had a problem with packaging, seems they had different material hardness brake pads pkg together. This was a while ago but you might have gottem some .
Maybe your right side isn't working at all? I'd be curious to put it on (strong) jack stands with the wheels off and watch each side work as someone else worked the pedal.
