I would go with the Purolator air filter and the Purolator Boss oil filter instead of the Motorcraft.
There are better filters than the OE Motorcrafts.

Just keep an eye on the front crank seal that seem to be a recurring point on different years of trucks with the 7.3 that the seal will weep or just all out fail.
