Check engine light came on. Was giving codes for Bank 1 and Bank 2 02 sensors and possible misfires. Both bank 1 and 2 replaced as well as all coil packs. Cleared all codes. Truck runs perfect. When u turn it off and re start it the CE light comes on again with 135 and 135 pd. Cleared codes and drove over 500 miles. No issues. Stopped at rest area and truck was re started the CE light came on. So in short the light will only come on with every second start once codes have been cleared. Outside of that the truck runs perfectly. Any thoughts?

The P0135 DTC indicates that the PCM has an issue with the heater circuit for O2S1B1. This is an emissions-only concern, it won't affect engine or vehicle drivability.
So in short the light will only come on with every second start once codes have been cleared.
The PCM's logic turns on the MIL after two consecutive drive cycles with the detected fault. It will set the "pending" code (with no MIL) after the first detected failure.
Could be a defective sensor (regardless of how new it might be), a connection or wiring issue or an internal PCM fault.
