Did you ever get a set of these made and working? If so I’m interested
They got back burnerd for a bit, but I'll see if I cant get the test cast done this weekend. I know I still want to get a working set for my truck and if others want them as well, even better
Got time to try a first casting of 80A poly bushings. Room temp cure is 1 week so we should see in a few days how they turn out. I didn't put the top plate on with the nub like OEM just yet until I see how they de-mould.
Well, have one set made. the 3d printed mold was a bit of a bust. the bushing did not release as expected and I had to destroy the mold to get the bushing out. Looking into a silicone mold next as that should de-mould a lot easier. Also the "red" polyurethane wasn't as red as I thought, could also be due to waiting a while from receipt of the kit to actual pouring.

I had used some, maybe not enough. I believe the rough print resolution though was also not helping by allowing more adhesion to the mold. Part of the reason for looking into the silicone mold instead, easier to remove once set to allow full cure outside the mold.
