Front driveshaft

Any suggestions on where to start with this leak? Anyone have issue like this with front driveshaft?

Something is leaking on to it. I'd guess it's from the pinion, but could be from the engine.

Need more pictures, where it meets the housing would be helpful. Can't tell anything from that one. As Compression-Ignition said, could be dripping down from above.

The CCV box on the driver's side was leaking down the side of the engine on my 2020 and dripping on this same location. Just needed a new O-ring to seal it up. Get a creeper and see if you can see if anything is dripping from the engine.

Here is the leak dripping on driveshaft. Also blowing back underneath truck. How serious is this? Looks like a trip to the stealership

Would have to see cleaned up as it's hard to tell from the pic, but those could be parting lines from the casting and with the oil mess look like a crack.

Looks like a common valve cover leak to me. Not a big deal imo.

Is it coming from that point we see in the picture, or could it be still above that?

Above the engine looked clean. Checked by CCV and did not see any oil. Probably a valve cover like some are saying

Looks like this gasket. But there is a hairline crack appearance going down too.

That looks like a mark from casting. I don’t think it’s a crack.
