I was just checking on my order via the Ford Order tracking site today, and it just redirects me to entering order number and VIN. I tried a couple different browsers. Anyone else having an issue with the tracking site?

Like most Ford sites, the tracker has intermittent issues like what you are experiencing, Ford really needs to hire a better set of web developers.

First time trying to use the site, or have you tracked the order before?
And, have you double checked your VIN and order number to make sure they are correct?

During my 160 day wait for my truck I made a text file with VIN, order code and other stuff in it that I could cut and paste from to avoid typos.
I used to bug the crap out of all those sites/robots and so on. Made it a point not to annoy real people.
Doesn't work for me and driving me nuts. I did not order on website but at dealership back in early Nov and think not going thru the website is my issue. Not one email from Ford - No confirmation- absolutely nothing. BUT dealer has given me order number, build date of 2-1-22, and VIN# and are responsive to questions. I believe I should be able to get sticker generated within a week of 2-1-22. I still have a deposit reservation not converted to order sitting on a F150 Lightning when I sign into website but Nothing on my F250. Wishing i could get some stroke from Ford on the F250.
Side note - Hard to believe a F150 Lightning Lariat Ultimate is 3K more than F250 CCSB Lariat Ultimate 6.7 - That's crazy
I was just on the tracking website and it pulled up my information on the first try.
I also use a cut and paste method to prevent any entry errors on the VIN. The order number is hard to mess up but everyone can get a fat finger occasionally.
Try clearing your browser cache if you've successfully been on the site before but can't get in.
The tracker seems to throw the most errors on weekends.

You cannot order a Super Duty from a website, you have to use a dealer. It is not setup the same as the Lightning. Your issue is your dealer either didn't input your email address into the order system or they made an entry error with your address. You need to get them to correct your email address - they are the only ones that can make the email correction. NO ONE ELSE can do it.
That website was essentially deactivated in November or early December IIRC. Right at the same that Phoenixfla's spreadsheet stopped working. The only thing it will do now is get the window sticker if it even still comes up.
My experience throughout November and December was very hit or miss with Ford’s tracker. Between that and FordPass issues I think their cyber presence leaves something to be desired. So don’t put much hope into it and be pleasantly surprised when it works.
As someone else points out, you might be able to pull up a window sticker on the Mach E link but nothing more. Any other functions the site had were disabled several weeks or more ago.

I used the site last week when I got an email with my production week from Ford. The link they provided fills in my order number and VIN. I did try the order tracker site and manually filling in and order number and VIN, and it just redirects me to the site page.

That's what it does when it isn't functioning. All you can do is wait for Ford to fix it. At one point this fall it was down for over a week if I remember correctly.
