95 F250 Cummins swap

I'm planning an 01 24 valve Cummins swap on my 95 F250 it currently has the 351 gas engine and I'm looking for some directions and where I can buy the parts or kits that I need to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Diesel Conversion Specialist has some decent info and they do sell a fairly complete kit but with some home work you can piece together much better choices for each components in my opinion. Destroked and Wild Horse are also good places for items. There's some Fummins groups on Facebook with some individuals that make swap pieces that beat the first 2 company's components for a much better price.

Thank you so much for that information I'll check it out..
I had one other question am I able to use my Ford transmission I have in there now or would I have to swap that too? If so what would I be able to swap it out with?

The "small block" transmissions, like your 351, aren't ideal for Cummins swaps. I believe some companies make an adapter plate for the "small block" version of the ZF5 but those are mainly for the 4BT size Cummins as there's not enough room for the larger clutch required with the 6BT size Cummins. You would want to run either a diesel E4OD, a 460 or diesel ZF5 or step up into the Super Duty era transmissions and run a 4R100 or ZF6. I haven't a clue what the best after market controller is for the autos of any of those years as my swap is in an 08 with the 5R110 auto and I'm utilizing the factory TCM for that.

I am trying to do a similar task with my 1995 f250 with a 351w. On diesel conversion specialists there are only kit options for the 7.3l and 460. I'm not sure if they don't make kits for the 351w or its just not specified. Do those kits still work with the 351w or do I need to go somewhere else?

I know that, I just wanted to know if they make a conversion kit for the small block. There is not an option on the site. I would plan on swapping the transmission as well, so that won't matter
