I have a 95 f350 with a 460 and e4od transmission. I got it knowing it had a front pump leak when it got warm. I took out the transmission and replaced all 3 pump seals. It still leaked. Then I put in my replacement e4od and replaced the seals on that and it still leaked. I tried 2 different torque converters as well. Replaced the pump bushing on the 2nd transmission. Then tried again with the original transmission and an upgraded viton seal. Still leaked. I made sure the torque converter was seated and everything. I bypassed the transmission coolers and it seemed to run for a few minutes without leaking, then started again. This thing is really frustrating me and im not sure whats going on.
Do you have pictures of when you replaced the pump bushing on the 2nd transmission?
When I did mine, I remember there were 2 different bushings, did you get the correct one?
Did you stake the bushing, so it cannot spin in the housing?
Also, was it installed the correct way?
Did you do the little mod to the bushing? one was to open up the bushing drain back hole. If installed incorrectly, fluid cannot drain back, and will come out the front seal.
Did you do the mod to the front seal, so it cannot come forwards?
Are your torque converter drain plugs tight and sealed?
