It wasn't as salty as I expected two weeks ago on the St Claire River....30-40 cent premium in Port Huron. But they probably move more fuel there than most gas stations.
Finally got the excursion back after a month and a half in the shop waiting on parts. 6k later and its a new truck again. Ball joints, all new AC lines, ICP sensor, oil cooler, and fluids.
Dang, glad you got it back though. My F250 is still in the shop, apparently they need to remove an up-pipe of sorts to get access to the valve cover, said up-pipe brekas the studs when trying to remove it, which leads to it having to be replaced with new. Hopefully they get that early this week, we're supposed to go camping next weekend.

Nope, just got off the phone with them. Cab is still up in the air, I feel bad for the tech working on it. It sound like it's been a nightmare of breaking parts and having to cut clamps. The up pipe has a v band clamp on it that they couldn't get to come off, so they had to take the cab off to access it with a cut off wheel. It sounds like I should have it back tomorrow, just in time to hook the trailer up and go camping.....
oh and welcome back stranger.......hope you're healing

Rezvani's Latest Post-Apocalyptic Monster Is a Ford F-150 Raptor Underneath
Well mine was only home for a day before i drove it literally into the bay pissed off and threw the keys at them. Drove it home and it sat Saturday. Drove it to work and out to lunch Monday when it started hitting 25* delta and smelled of coolant.
Called me later to say they found coolant leak from a clamp on the coolant filter hose they didnt tighten down and pressure tested it again and no leaks. They supposedly called the Ford hotline to figure out what else to do about the temp deltas even though i said dont you think the delta was because it was just spraying out coolant duhhhhhhhh. Still havnt heard back 3 days later.
