help me find an excursion
Gentlemen,
Ive been lurking on here for years but finally decided to join. Im in the market for a 2005 ford excursion, preferably a black on tan eddie bauer. Black limited model would be the next choice. Must be a V10 and must be 4wd and must be clean, no rust belt trucks. Im not looking for a project truck or a offroad toy, this will be used for taking the wife and kids on road trips and some light towing. Im in in east GA but can ship for the right truck or i can go get it if its within driving distance. If someone gives me a tip on a truck and the deal goes through i will be giving a cash finders fee.

There’s a thread called Craigslist find of the day on this board that has some leads on what you’re looking for.
Other than that just keep an eye out on all the various online car selling websites. Took me about 3-4 months of steady looking to find one that meet the criteria I wanted.

Good luck with your search! It only took me a full year of searching, checking over rigs with issues and test drives to finally find my '05 V-10 4X4 eleven years ago. You have the benefit to not be searching from the rust belt, just keep searching everywhere you can and be prepared to pounce when a good one comes up as they typically don't last very long before they are gone.
