Coolant Additive
I checked my coolant using the test strips and found my nitrite level is low. Looking in the diesel supplement, it calls out the orange coolant revitalizer (link below). Is this what I should be adding? I haven't had to do this before, so just making sure I'm not missing something and screw something up. The pH is good. My truck is a 2016 6.7L.

VC-12 That's the stuff. I understand it can be added twice before the system needs to be flushed and refilled. You might consider having both the primary and secondary systems flushed and refilled with the new yellow coolant. The yellow coolant doesn't require testing or additives like the orange stuff. I had my 2016 switched over to the yellow coolant earlier this year.
