shift rods-56
Would anybody have the shift rods that attach to the levers on the shift tube and go to the transmission levers? I need some for my 56. Supposedly the 56 ones are different than the 53-55, Ford gave them a different part number. Any help would be appreciated. Column shift system.

If you can't find the factory orginals, there are some threads here where folks have made their own using 5/16 inch rod, then threaded the ends for heim joints, (rod ends with bearings).

I am hoping to find some factory pieces but I very much appreciate the tip. It is almost unbelievable that with all the custom trucks with tilt columns and auto trans that All of these pieces ended up scrapped and sent to china!!
