I have a 2018 F250 6.7 been driving it for about 2weeks now and seem/feels like something’s just not right with the truck. I have it deleted(EZ) for years with no issues. So long story short made a 4hr drive and about half-way my MPGs while watching my gauge was dropping about .3-.5mpg while in cruise control I know it’s not a lot but it feels like the truck is really having to work almost like towing or the parking break is on. Is this an injector going bad? I have 78k on it have used additive throughout its life and still so I should have clean fuel.
Additives don't make your fuel clean.
I take it you have no codes showing?
Bad injectors should show a misfire and throw a code.
Making full boost?
Need to get it to someone that has a dealer level scan tool, so you can see live sensor data.
Also wanted to mention that I have my tuner on lately to see if anything jumps out and only thing I see is that it will show like 30+% engine load in 6th gear on cruise control when climbing like a small hill/incline normal hgwy use and more turbo psi.
I'm confused, why does the purchase price of the truck matter? And who said anything about the OP's truck actually being an "almost $100k" truck? All I see is that it is a 2018 with 6.7l..
I wish deleting was a viable option for me. Out of warranty, and if the emissions system satrts to take a crap, it would be nice to have that option.
I would look into Forscan to see if it offers any injector diagnosis tools.
No winterizer yet, it’s still 75 here in Texas ha.
But that does not mean that the fuel suppliers haven’t changed to a winter blend. They *generally* do that by the calendar……..I.E. maybe in your area Dec 1 might be the magic date every year. Further north it is probably like Oct 1.

especially after what happened in Texas last year, you could be on the winter blend.
