My truck MPG varies +/- 1MPG depending on fuel quality. We get a 5% rebate from our local Co-Op on fuel (Cenex) but I get better fuel mileage with Kwik Trip diesel.
My mileage went down almost 2MPG when I tried a tank of Pilot B20 last summer while on a road trip. That was the last time I tried biodiesel.
I have a 2018 F250 6.7 been driving it for about 2weeks now and seem/feels like something’s just not right with the truck. I have it deleted(EZ) for years with no issues. So long story short made a 4hr drive and about half-way my MPGs while watching my gauge was dropping about .3-.5mpg while in cruise control I know it’s not a lot but it feels like the truck is really having to work almost like towing or the parking break is on. Is this an injector going bad? I have 78k on it have used additive throughout its life and still so I should have clean fuel.
Well, the good news is that it may actually be ready to implode and it will be one less super polluter on the road, so you can feel good about that...
ever check your MAP sensor? Mine was pretty caked at 40k miles (not deleted with the egr still active) and after cleaning it I gained more mpg's (especially when towing)
Could be an injector.. I'd throw forscan on it and look at balance rates.
Nor..
yes I did, I had one go bad on my 13 which showed no turbo available…but I did go ahead and replace it the map sensor on this one just in case.
I had a 2011 6.7 and the fuel mileage dropped like yours. Turned out to be a caliper bracket slider failing.More brake dust on one wheel than the other three.
LOL..Warranty for one…
1,050 stock torque for another…
Maybe leave clean air for others to breathe, but I’m betting consideration for others isn’t part of the thinking here.
The Magnussen-Moss Act prevents manufacturers from refusing to warranty the truck because of alterations. The fuel pump, surprisingly, has absolutely nothing to do with the exhaust pipe.
Mind blower there......
Just buy trucks from a dealer that isn't a Karen lover.
OP's problem is likely the MAF. I havent deleted the last 12 Fords I've owned, but when I did, I never saw a mpg increase of any kind.
Truck ran way cooler with way better throttle response.

"I'm going to implode....". Poor Karen
It's Christmas. Everybody love the Karens.
The MM Act.
LOL. yeah, go ahead convince yourself that that really is a viable option. The exhaust pipe does have something to do with the fuel pump warranty and function if Ford says it does..and they do.
Prove them wrong because the papers you accepted states that alterations voids their warranty.
Go ahead, hire an attorney at 500 an hour, and and try to prove that one against Ford’s legal department in a court of law in say, 2028. If any lawyer doesn’t get the plaintiff to come to their senses by using fact, then think about finally getting a court date after 5 years of delays and 20k in expenses…and then lose.
Honestly, I deleted all of my previous PSD back when it was easy. 99’, 2003’, and 2008 back when huge gains were made...while fully accepting the fact that I am fully responsible. No chance deleting my 2020’., not with the huge stock power and MPG from the factory, with little to gain.,
