Brake issue

Final update:
Installed the new vacuum pump (actually had my 16yo son do it under my supervision and he did great!) and the vacuum went up to just over 25psi. Brakes work perfectly as they should.
Also the AC seems to be working much better. I drove the truck about 120mi round trip last night and the air blew strong the whole time. Going to tackle the next project which is a new stereo hopefully this weekend. Thanks for all the help and advice!
