2006 F350 6.0, about 275K. No aftermarket modifications. Noticed last week that it was taking longer to start, and started surging when cold (bear in mind in SoCal "cold" is 55 degrees), eventually to the point it would stall.
CEL for Glow Controller, had it replaced yesterday. Today it's back to a longer than normal cranking session, still stalling. Have to crank multiple LONG times to get it restarted (enough to generate a P2617 code)
IF I let it warm up for 15-20 minutes it seems to be better
My 06 f250 was doing that. After I charged all 8 injectors it was fine. I replaced all 8 because I was there and if 1 or more was bad I would rather do the job only 1 time.
