65 Custom Cab Dash Bezel removal?

65 Custom Cab Dash Bezel removal?
I have 1965 F100 Custom Cab with Custom Cab instrument bezel. I would like to take it out and refurbish it, and maybe put some additional gauges on the outer sides. Anyone have any advice or experience in removing and or refurbishing?

My 62 was pretty easy, though the black rubber gasket that looked like a vacuum hose sliced along its length was hard as rock. It also took a little gentle prying to come loose after the screws were out. I glued the rubber back on in a few spots before I reinstalled the dash.

If you cannot reach the speedo cable under the dash, unhook the speedo cable from the trans and place the end piece into a small plastic bag then gentle work the cable and dash up and out into the cab. I pulled my dash into the cab maybe 6 inches without unhooking anything. There are a couple of rubber coated metal hangers for the sub-harness and the 4 way flasher needed to come out of its holder. I would take pictures once you can see the back of the dash. Oh disconnect the battery before you start because you never know.
