Ford trailer camera

Ford trailer camera
I have a 45’ toy hauler and would love to use my display and the ford camera to see what is behind me when towing. The ford camera says it works for trailer up to 35’. Has anyone figured out a way to make it work for a larger trailer? Or have any other ideas to connect to the in dash display?

Hmm, my dealer did not mention the 35' criteria when I ordered my truck in August. It should be here in the next few weeks so I'll have to take a look and see how easy it would be to modify as my 5th wheel is 43'.

Nichols Manufacturing has a lot of accessories and custom cables for the Ford systems. I’m sure that they can help if needed.
