Broken Bolt hole

I had just bought a 4 barrell cast iron ford intake. I put it in the parts washer and when I was looking it over I noticed that the valve cover bolt hole is in half, only half of the threads are left. If I had the broken piece I could Fix it back to the intake but I do not. How do I go about fixing this

If you can weld cast iron, fill what is left of the old hole, then build it out, and drill and tap. Only thing I can think of.

Permatex has a compound that you can build up the area with, then drill and tap it. I don't remember what it's called but I found it at permatex.com. They probably have several solutions there, from JB weld on up.
EDIT Cold Weld Epoxy is what you want.
