She contacted her supervisor, who advised that they were extremely backed up but that I should be getting a response soon.
The woman I spoke with understood the issue and appeared to be very helpful. We'll see if anything comes out of this or not.

I called and got through in less than a minute. I guess timing is everything. They could find nothing on file for my current application. The rep took down my contact info and the dates that I'd sent emails with my account statements.

I had longer wait, but better service. You had short wait, with longer service.

Not much longer wait though. I replied in the other thread on this subject, but I got an email about 25 minutes after I hung up the phone with my PIN. This is the originally scheduled build week (11/29). I'm not believing it will happen but at least I'm now ready for that day.
