Dome light issue

My dome light, cargo light, door chime only works with the passenger door, not the drivers. I replaced the switch on the drivers side, but it still isn’t working. The wiring to the switch appears ok. Any ideas where to troubleshoot next? 1994 F350 turbo idi. Standard cab

I would say to get a cheap volt meter or even a test light and see if you have power at the switch. If there is no power there a new switch wont do you any good.

Tracing the wires back from the switch towards the dome light, I found a 4-wire connector in the cab corner just below the speaker. The smaller green/yellow wire had “rotted” off the plug. I ran a jumper around the plug to reconnect this wire. Problem solved.
