I believe they are trying to ask are you even getting the, all clear code, of 11 or 111, instead of not getting any at all, should at least get that. Have you tried removing one plug wire at a time, and see if it gets worse, or no change, have you pulled plugs and see how they look, or checked fuel pressure.
Exhaust leaks can sound like a tick as well as the EGR tube. Use a long piece of tubing and go around the components and listen for the tick with the hose. Of course be careful of the fan etc.

Yes got 111 on all self tests. Fuel pressure at 40 psi with engine off and when running it’s at 33. New fuel pressure regulator as well as 2 new fuel pumps for both tanks. New plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Old set looked perfectly fine. I have not taken off each plug wire but I will do that this weekend. Someone told me before it was a bent valve because of the “puff of air” coming from exhaust and when you put a dollar bill up to it, it tries to suck it in. I just don’t wanna get right into changing the valves/heads until I definitely know that’s the problem
Did a compression test. They seem a little far spread from each other but let me know what you think. Here are the results:
your border line low on #2, & #7, and border line above on #6, and this could cause a miss, when you get the chance and pull plugs take pics, and remember where they came from, miles on engine.
according to -->Part 1 -How to Test Engine Compression (4.9L, 5.0L, 5.8L)

Ok thank you. I will definitely be doing that tomorrow after work. What are the chances it will be the valves after running it with open headers?😬🤞🏻
The test that torq'ta sent you also has the "wet test" to see why your compression is low i.e. valves etc. I would run the first test again after you read it and verify your compression numbers. As pointed out several are borderline and hopefully you will get different results when you retest. If not different numbers do the wet test and see what it determines you need to do.
Update: I did the wet compression test today, put about 2 tablespoons into the cylinder and ran it again. The compression didn’t change at all so that means the valve on cylinder #7 is leaking. I checked #2 and #6 and they were both at around 135 psi now. I don’t know if the compression fitting was lose when I did it the first time but they seem to be fine now. I’m rebuilding both cylinder heads anyways so it won’t matter. Thank you all for the help! I finally know the problem and will be fixing it ASAP!
