Plug wires arcing between each other, even new ones if they are too close together, and they feed cylinders that are in sequence in the firing order. A dark garage can help see that.
Could also be a lean miss. What condition are the air injection plumbing and exhaust manifolds in? Rusted and or cracked?
Lean condition cause this problem, and if you heard any pinging going on then that would also be a good indicator. Verify what the fuel pressure is at idle and then pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regular, plug the line, and verify that the fuel pressure has gone up. You might try and drive it that way for a short period of time to see if the problem goes away. Idle fuel pressure should be around 30-32 and it should be at 40 with the vaccum line pulled from the fuel pressure regulator.
