More information would help. Diesel or gas? 19 gallon per what? Day, hour, minute? With no information I would think either flow rate will do. If you get 10 mpg and are driving 60 mph, you will use 6 gallons an hour. Real basic math our fine school systems don’t teach anymore. But what pressure does each pump put out? What pressure your system requires may be the deciding factor.
