Cam counterweight
In preparing for my rebuild I was reviewing the shop manual and arranging parts as they will be needed and I discovered I do not have a cam counterweight or an oil trough. I am darn sure that I bagged and labeled everything. It appears there is an extra washer (kind of thick) that came off the camshaft timing chain assembly. This is off a ‘62 F-100 , 292 with a casting number C2AE. I believe this is the original engine. The shop manual and the supplement do not mention an alternative to these parts. WTH?
