No relay power

No relay power
Hey guys,
88 f250 460, truck started missing driving down the road, I clutch it, racked it off and that's all she wrote, no fuel pumps, took pump off frame hooked it to battery and it works, so I then went to relays changed it and nothing, inertia switch was checked also. Long story short I sprayed in either to if it would start and no spark either, I ran a hot wire to the pcm relay and everything kicked on and truck started, but obviously key won't shut it off, I guess I need to know where the relays receive there power, thanks
