2022 colors

Our 2021 Ranger was totaled in an accident, so we are in the process of ordering a 2022. We chose Rapid Red, but then got an email from Ford with the basic specs which list the ordered color as Hot Pepper Red Metallic. Some reds we like, some not. Websites for the 2022 disagree on colors available and none mention Hot Pepper Red Metallic! Wondering if any of you folks are familiar with this color.

It’s replacing Rapid Red. It looks good. 🤔 might look better on my 83 F100 😀

Dealer got in a 2021 today, it is sold but gave us a chance to see if we liked the color, Cactus Gray. We did. It is more green than gray, So our order got changed.
