Problem with power seats
Just got my '01 F250. The driver's side power seat will go backwards but when it gets all the way to the rear, I can't get it to move forward. I can hear the motor engaging but it will not move forward. Any ideas?

Can not help but going to follow if you get replies...
My seat will not longer go forward but it is in a good spot for me. Not likely that Mom and dad will ever drive my truck but at the moment they will never reach the pedals.
The seat is on the list of things to do.

On my 02 excursion maybe 3 times a year i have to disconnect the large plug under the seat. I do that plug it back in and the seat works again.
My symptoms are the seat won't move at all. Im fairly sure it has something to do with the seat memory. When i plug it back in the memory is still there...only it functions like new again.
