Snow Removal

I sold my 2011 F250 with a commercial Boss 8' plow set up in 2020. Great truck and it was a beast for pushing snow but the salt was taking its toll after 9 years of snow removal. I ordered and received my new 2020 F350 just before covid 19 hit. I made the decided not the equip the new truck with a plow. Instead I purchased a 2000 Jeep (mini project) with a plow. Its taking me 2 months to make repairs to get it road worthy but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I cut down on the amount of plow jobs to a very short list and the lots that I have are small and perfect for the Jeep. I have some unhappy past customers but it got to much for one person to handle. I'm not a Jeep guy by any stretch, I think its going to be very different changing from an F250 to a Jeep.

I plowed with a Jeep many years ago...it was a CJ-5. You'll be amazed at how much white crap it can push...and...love how maneuverable it is.

Good point. I remember trying to move snow in tight places with the F250 and it was a royal pain in the ............... I am looking forward to see what the Jeep can do

after plowing for 45 years, i fully retired last year and sold 4 of my 9 trucks. 3 more plow trucks are still for sale, and the 2014 never had a plow put on it.
i do not miss it one minute.
i am only keeping the one plow truck so i do not have to shovel my driveway.

I used a 66 Bronco with a 200 six to push snow back in the day. It did great for the areas I used it, around an auto repair shop.
Buddy also had one at his gas station just for snow pushing.
Low range and they would push anything!

A buddy of mine used to have a plow equipped Bronco...we had a route of about 35 driveways along with 10 or so small to medium parking lots. Tough way to make a living...but...that Bronco would push some white crap!!!
