Engine upgrade questions

Planning on doing some engine upgrades on my 96 f150 351w. It has 80,000 miles on it as well. Here is everything I'm planning on getting. Would also like to know if everything is compatible with the other stock items like pistons, fuel delivery and such. And I got a built transmission capable of up to 350hp. Will this setup exceed that? If so what should I get rid of?

Comp 35-320-8 cam
GT40p heads
1.7 roller rockers
Valve springs and retainers
Pushrods
Edelbrock Performer Truck 5.8 EFI Intake Manifolds
JBA shorty headers

And a thermostat as well would a 180° thermostat be better than a stock 195°?

Thanks in advance!

Edit: I was also thinking of just sticking with the stock cam and going with the 1.7 rockers.

Edit 2: Or possible getting the BluePrint Engines HP9009 - BluePrint Engines Muscle Series Cylinder Heads

No.
Any changes to cam, heads, rockers, valves, pushrods, etc. you MUST check PTV clearance, and get the correct pushrod length for your engine that is not stock, or other wise modified with non-stock parts.
Lowering the thermostat to 180 is not better than stock 193.
If you have not done 302/351 head upgrades in the past, I would not recommend GT40p heads, since the spark plug angles are different, and they were made for a shorter deck height block than the 351. Your looking at custom exhaust with the GT40-p head.
Haven't been to a car show in a while, but I couldn't imagine saying out loud, 'Yeah, I got the "P"-heads installed...".
