Dash Bezel - Dust rubber seal, Help!

Ok members, this may seem like an easy one for most, but I’m at a loss.
Im installing a restored bezel on my 64 f100 and there’s a black rubber dust seal that attaches to the edge on the entire bezel.
The repro one is so poorly made that it won’t seat on the edge, it just falls off. I am assuming I now must come up with a glue to attach it.
Has anyone gone through this and has an idea? Pictures below.

You will have to glue it. Take some sandpaper and lightly sand the very edge of the instrument cluster. I use a curved tip syringe by Monoject. I can send you a couple of those if you need...they are very handy. Use 3M black weatherstrip adhesive, fill the syringe about half with adhesive from the 3M tube. Inject a small amount of adhesive into the trough in the rubber seal and mount it on the edge of the cluster. Hold in place with plenty of masking tape about every couple inches and let it set overnight. There is nothing to keep the seal in place, particularly when you mount the cluster into the dash. Even when glued, you've got to hold it gently to avoid detaching the seal. Dry fit it first to see if you need to stretch it at all so that the ends will meet. I would leave the seam at the bottom center. Anyway, that's what I did. Maybe there are other suggestions here as well. If you would like a couple syringes you can PM me your address.

I contacted the place I bought the rubber seal from and they recommended I use Gorilla super glue gel. It won’t run and bonds in 10 seconds. It bonds to metal and rubber. I am going to try it, hopefully I won’t need any tape to hold it.. I’ll let you know how it turns out... I attached a picture of the product

Ok... I think it took longer to open the cap and puncture it to flow then do this complete job. Literally sqweeeeezed out a small drop every inch or so and it sticks instantly. Maybe a minute to do the whole perimeter... It’s permanent, no tapping needed!

In a pinch, I have used 5/32 vacuum hose, carefully split down the side with a razor blade, for applications like this. I'm glad yours worked out, just throwing this out there for future readers.

Wish I'd seen this before..I used rubber cement. It held for a while, but now where the sharp "visor" bend of dash panel is, the rubber is free swinging . If I need to take the dash out again, I hope I remember Gorilla glue. Thanks
