I am looking for the thin foam or sponge type seals that fit around the dampers behind each of the a/c registers in the dash. These get gummy over time and disintegrate, causing poor air flow control and also whistling. Can anyone tell me where or if these seals can be purchased, or possibly just find the material to make them myself? Photos of one cleaned up and dismantled register are attached, showing the slot around the damper that the seal fits into. Thanks.
