I have a 69 f100 that started off as a rough long bed. Same old story as anyone else, got it from an old guy and he took great care of it and took it to town now and then for lumber but it had a recently rebuilt c6 and a refreshed 390. Nothing fancy. I bought it with the intentions of building something newer. I just don't like the direction new trucks are going and the price of them is astronomical. So i started researching. Got a crown vic subframe. A frame kit from backyard customz and got a 2017 mustang independent rear. The framework is happening now. I got a junkyard 2016 mustang gt interior, dyed it tiffany blue to fit the old school colors and plan to completely rip out the old fuel tank, seats and dashboard. I will get the new dash fitted, center console, power/heated seats too. Everything should just have to be raised and the console depth added to a bit.I have 20'' niche wheels from a friends mustang gt and powdercoated them the same tiffany blue. I have a 2006 5.4 3 valve with a whipple supercharger set for 9lb. Have to shorten the bed, have to replace all the metal firewall forward due to rust and pitting and have to figure out the steering linkage. A/c and heat to work with the 2016 mustang controls also. The truck will be painted white. I will try to post pics as I can and update the story! Any suggestions for the a/c heat or power steering situation would be appreciated. And It has the complete crown vic front end in regards to the steering.

way too much body filler

it was a dent not a hole. all that body filler was awful for nothing

full pull out and putting it in the 69f100

I’m interested in seeing the interior specifically the dash being put in. How much room do you think it will have?

So far from what I have been looking at, I have to cut a couple inches off the depth of the dash to keep it square and mounted at the bottom of the glass. Width isn't tricky. I still have no clue how I am going to make the door panels look like they fit in with the rest of the interior. I played with the idea of taking the handle/armrest of a mustang and replacing the old style but there is a lot of fiberglass work there and I don't know I am quite there. The dash I am going to get everything where I want fitment wise and pay a friend of mine to do the fiberglass. So he may be an option on the door panels, but I just haven't gotten that far in the "design"
