Bed Stake holes

To all, I'm wondering if there is a better way of getting to the front (cab end) bed stake holes besides just cutting the plastic bed cap? The rear (tailgate end) stake holes have a plastic caps that looks like it can be removed or cut out, but not the front (cab end). I would like to used the bed stake holes for something temporary and don't want the bed cap to look all hacked up when not being used.
I searched the forum before posting this and didn't find anything on the subject. If there is something already out there I apologize.
Thank you to all the smart and cleaver people on this forum.

I'll need to go check, but I'm pretty sure the stake pockets are accessible on my wife's 2019. It's just like the rears, a plastic cap that you should be able to pry out with your fingers (or a screwdriver if necessary, but this tends to chew up the edges of them).

The stake pockets and plastic caps are there on my 2017, but it is a 6.5' bed.
I'm not sure if that matters. Same as yours, they can be lifted with your fingers.

For some reason only Ford knows, the removable caps for the front stake holes do not line up. I guess they figured no one would use them.

Kingofwylietx, It must be the difference in the 5.5 bed or maybe the year but my 2019 only has the tail gate removable caps. I will just have to figure out the cleanest way to cut them out.
Thanks to everyone that responded to me.

+1

The stake holes lined up in our 6.5' bed, but I've heard that they don't on the 5.5' bed. That just seems crazy to me.

Angelo7, Thanks for video. I didn't even think of looking on YouTube. Why Ford didn't do the same as the rear of the bed is beyond me.
Thanks to everyone that took time to respond.
