04 ICP

04 ICP
My check engine light came on last week and code P2285 was found. Surging and idling were a problem. Shut off one time but started back up. I replaced the ICP and while I was there I replaced the IPR.
ICP is under turbo.
New pigtails for both sensors were replaced.
Got everything back together and truck started up quickly and idling fine. Took for a test drive and was running fine for about 5 miles then started loosing power. Slow to get up hills. Back home and idling like it was prior to the new ICP.
OBD shows codes P2284 and P2290 now.
Other question for you all...
The original IPR was a 3C3Z-9C968-AA.
Replaced with 3C3ZH29A
Could this be part of my problem?
I have not had a chance to check my wiring connections yet but will tackle that this week.
Just looking for any ideas that I may be able to fix. I do not know if I can borrow the scanner again.

Welcome to FTE!!!
Did you use OEM parts? As for scanners, this is what I use:
Download FORScan
May want to move this to 6.0L Forum
