One of the problems with buying a truck half disassembled (the whole front end was stripped when I got it) is trying to understand where the various parts go.
I know where this part goes (i'm holding it up in the proper location in the 2nd pic I believe), but what is the part called, and is there supposed to be any type of rubber strip between this part and the chassis where is mounts?
