2003 explorer 4.6 missing

2003 4.6 missing low on power .doesnt smoke 126k miles. Injectors tested good.fuel pressure good. Coils good. Compression test close to with in 20% drivers bank cylinders were 150-175 psi. Passenger 130-175 with #1 and #4 the lowest 128psi. And 136. Im thinking clogged cat,skip timing chain,or bad pcm. Any opinions?

If it's missing, there should be a diagnostic code. Have you checked for diagnostic codes to see which cylinder or cylinders are reporting a misfire?

I re checked compression with all plugs out and throttle blade open 175 psi in all cylinders. Removed plugs they were gapped at .065. Regapped to .054". I think miss may be gone but its shaky at idle and some weird *** hollow noise coming from intake!!!!! I thought it was air filter box rattling but its coming from darned intake!@!
is IAC HOSE supposed to be open with no check valve? If i plug hose engine immediately shut off
