Diverter Valve
I have a 1988 F250 with a 7.5 liter engine.
Due to a check valve failure, one of the 2 diverter valves has completely melted.
I have located and purchased replacement check valves, but have been unable to locate a diverter valve.
Part # E7TE-9F491-BA or otherwise known as CX1208.
My questions are:
Does anyone know where I can source a diverter valve?
or Does anyone have an alternative solution?
I am in California and will need to smog this truck in February of 2023 so I have some time to locate the part.
