PCM Re tinning

This may have gotten missed in one of my treads, But i got my pcm re tinned , hydra sits very tight I have had the opportunity to hit many of the same bumps that caused my truck to quit running , it no longer does it!

Also the truck feels much stronger then before , my guess is it was not making a good connection all along
So i would say if you have any copper showing on your pcm, get it re tinned

I have a couple of friends that are electronic engineers , buy them a beer and a couple of shots

Since Listor went "local" and paid with alcohol, you may be able to use PHP or DTC for retinning. I believe you are in FL if I remember correctly and since PHP is in GA and DTC is in TN, the shipping should be quick with low risk of being lost as long as you don't use FedEx...

Some local to you electronic repair shops might perform a service such as this. TV repair shops (long gone now) and similar places would do something like this for a small fee.

I have been wanting to send my pcm to Jonathan at DTC for a while now so this gives me another reason to do so,
