ZEN A2B With Sync 4

I would like to upgrade my 22 F350 speaker and amp system while keeping the stock head unit and all the features. So I understand in the past guys are using the Zen A2B unit. My question is the Zen compatible with the new SYNC 4 system? If, not what is?

It should work if I am not mistaken, I been doing some research last night and read a couple posts about using them in 2022's.

is this just a plug in system and what does it do. I’m in the begining stages of updating my system and many shops have said I should stay with stock unit. Will this allow me to mirror off my phone to watch videos
