So this is more info for others than anything, but I was one of the pergatory trucks. Picked her up last week, F250 King Ranch. Abdolutely love it! No real issues...but the A/C died 3 days after taking it home. Dealer checked it out and the system was empty. Used it for the 1st two days no problem. They put dye in it, has a leak somewhere. No real biggie ill get back so they can fix. Anyone who recieved a pergatory truck, or is still waiting and is in a colder climate maybe throw the air on and check! Havent seen anyother ones but who knows.

I don't think sitting has any ill effect. My very fresh F-450 had the port side injector manifold spray diesel all over the place at 200 miles, a fuel tank fitting leaked so they replaced the fuel tank at about 2K miles, and it had about 5 recalls on it, plus they dimmed the LED DRL's which was forced by someone. DOT? My 2017 sat on the dealer lot for 10 months before I got it and it was trouble free. Go figure.
