Brake noise
What would make a popping sound when you put on brakes? It’s not the track bar as I have replaced the end links and the bushings. I don’t remember body mounts popping. They were creaking with a little thump but I don’t remember hearing it outside the truck

Does it do it all the time when braking? I have seen a few times the pad having too much play and would make a popping sound but this usually doesnt do it all the time. It is usually when going from forward to reverse or reverse to forward and the pad shift causing a pop...

It's strange-like I'm slowing from say 30 mph to make a turn into a parking lot, I put on the brakes-pop. It sounds like a track bar does but I can go over bumps and angled driveways and the track bar is quiet. I just put new end links and bushings on it so I wouldn't think that would be it. I guess I can tear down the btakes this weekend. This X has been an odd bird
