Well those o-rings are the ones that come as part of the MPROP. I believe those are only included in case the old ones are too swollen to fit into the bore of the bypass piece, but I cant say for sure
I am currently having the exact same issue but with a XDP kit. Mine is going back to the mechanic today to see if he can figure it out. Everything was great, no issues @ 185k miles prior to putting the DPK on.
Any word from your mechanic? Going to be taking mine in on Friday for an ‘expert opinion’
Not yet… he said he was going to tear it all back down and start with the O- rings in the kit.
Well, Im hoping thats all it is just for your sake. My guy is convinced some debris must have got into the pump during the DPK install and it made its way to the injectors. Took for a drive hooked up to the computer and it showed a couple of the injectors falling off around 20K psi while a few others were trying to make up for it.
So, the plan is to pull them all this weekend and get them tested on monday and see what the damage is.

I will keep yall updated
well my guy put a different kit on with no luck. Put it back to stock and still the same thing. He thinks the pump is on its way out and suggested I bring it to dealership for a better diagnosis.

What year is your rig and how many miles on your CP4?
Be careful if you take it to Ford, your guess is probably better (and cheaper) than theirs...and they’ll claim that your DPK is the first one they’ve ever seen. I’d find a good diesel shop in your area.
